What we can accept:

  • Owner Weeks
    • Further in advance the better.
    • Will not accept inside 30 days.
  • Active Exchanges
    • Cannot except exchanges under 60 days of expiration
    • They must be exchanges booked into BGV resorts
    • Larger units are better

Who do we work with?

  • Domus Pacis Family Respite: always accepting donations
    • They book families of terminally ill patients to Breckenridge to escape the stresses of treatment & create lasting memories with their loved ones

The Process for Donating:

  1. Find out the contact details of who wants to donate and what they are looking to donate
    • Specifically we will need their name, owner number, best phone number to reach them at, and what they are looking to donate
  2. Email the contact information to: rdavis@breckgv.com; tstokes@breckgv.com; rtramontana@breckgv.com
  3. Our charity coordinators will reach out to Domus Pacis to see if they can use the potential deposit. If they can we will send the owners an In Kind Donation Form
  4. Once the In Kind Donation Form is completed and returned to us, we will send them an Official Letter of Receipt with the tax ID info for that donation
  5. The owners can present that Official Letter of Receipt to their tax adviser to see if that donation qualifies for a tax write off
