Out-of-state owners and guests may NOT tour on check-out day.
Inside 60 days: Assign tour date and time with the TSW Tour Scheduler
Exchange: May only tour at the following times:
- 12:00, 12:30, or 1:00 Summer, Spring, Fall
- 11:30 or 1:30 Winter
Outside 60 days: Enter a tour date and a valid email address so guests may select a tour time 50-60 days prior to the tour
Check number in Grand Central: 1-5’s can tour for a gift. 6’s cannot tour w/ gift
Groups
Two Group Max Rule
- 2 tours max for any overlapping vacation dates (per group)
- owners & owner referrals are included in the count
Stay Duration vs Allowed Tour

Non-Owner Tour Qualifications
- Non-owners can only tour once a year
- ALWAYS requalify non-owner
- Must have significant other (Singles need to be referred by an onwer)
IN-STATE PROSPECTS – NO locals:
- Homeowner: make $125k+
- Non-Homeowner and Exchange guests (must own home) : must make $150k+
OUT OF STATE PROSPECTS:
- Homeowner: Must make $125+
- Non-Homeowner: Must make $150K+
- Exchange guests: Must make at least 150k and own home

Owner Tour Eligibility
Owner Tour Eligibility
- CANNOT offer new tour if owner toured in last 30 days
- 7 Day Cxl Rule – Previous booker gets credit if guest rebooks a tour within 7 days of canceling
- Owners can tour every 6 months
- GTL S/F owners who have toured once after their GTL S/F purchase without purchasing will not be eligible for a gifted tour
Exception to 30 Day & 6 Month Rule: If a new purchase or upgrade is made, only a 10-day grace period before an owner may book or tour again
