The Exit Tour

Broker Meeting:

This meeting is required so that they can meet about the return purchase option with the package. They can buy at any time during contract life, and can take this meeting at any time they are ready. We still want to book the meeting when scheduling the 3-day/2-night stay.

The Pitch:

“During this stay is when we schedule your follow-up broker meeting to review the fixed pricing options they are holding for you, what day and time work best for you?”

How To

  1. Go to Lead tab
  2. The tour should be prebooked for you as Open/Exit
  3. Tour Location: Colorado
  4. Tour Type: GC8 Exit
  5. Tour Status: Booked
  6. Select Dates and Wave if available
    1. Out of State owners and guests may NOT tour on check out day!
    2. If they have a preference of tour time type “CN” in “Pre-Assigned” and add a “Tour Note” in notes section
  7. Enter Name for Booker
  8. Link Tour ID to Reservation

Concierge can book Exit tours, but will need our assistance to reserve the stay. These bookings will be a dual effort, and both the concierges agent and booking agent can add their names to the tour.

Rules:

  • Concierges would be primary, while booker is secondary. However, secondary would still earn full commission on tour.
  • Must get stay booked before tour shows in order to add name.
  • Concierge will reach out via Guest Member Group Chat, or email, please respond as quickly as possible.
  • Exit tour can be kept for the date originally booked or moved to Exit stay, up to owner

Steps:

  • Find dates to book a stay with the package
  • Ask owner when they prefer to tour
  • Add your name as a secondary to the tour once the stay is booked

Cancelling an Exit Tour

DON’T, OPEN IT BACK UP!

***Exit Tour is REQUIRED and will always be left as an ‘OpenExit’ when not scheduled***

When someone calls in to cancel, the first step is to try and reschedule, then follow the steps below for the Exit Tour

  • Open Tour and switch it from Booked to OpenExit
  • Remove dates
  • Leave in Booker
  • Add note From Booked to Open in the Tour Notes
  • When re-booking verify when it was opened back up
    • If that date is less than 7 days ago, the original booker stays on the tour
    • If that date is more than 7 days ago, remove the original booker and add yourself as booker
