    • Review All Pop-up Notes (Honor Everything Possible)
    • Check that Owner Owns @ Property Booked
    • Rates Match Property and Unit
    • Payment Taken in TSW
    • Cross Reference CS Email for Special Requests and Amenities
    • Check for other BT to combine reservations
    • Add BT Check Note

    If Applicable:

    • Dog-Friendly/Pure Units/ADA
      • Dog Info Note + Inventory Locked (If unable to accommodate, leave “blank note” explaining)
      • Call & Email owner with status update
    • Reservation Preferences Reviewed (Customer File Pop-Up Notes)
      • Do Note Move Note + Inventory Locked
    • Stay Overs/Room Move Possibility Reviewed
      • Stay Over + Inventory Locked
    • If unable to combine or accommodate preference email both VRD emails at vacationrentals@incontactemail.com AND vacationrentals@breckgv.com

If an owner books two (or more) consecutive nights of Bonus Time at the same resort in the same unit size, we should combine the reservations whenever possible.

  1. If you are able, find a way to line up the Bonus Time reservations in the Room Matrix.
  2. Once both reservations are lined up, proceed to cancel reservation B.
  3. Extend reservation A to the correct number of nights.
  4. Transfer all applicable charges from the “Guest Folio” on reservation B, do the “Guest Folio” on Reservation A
  5. Adjust the Rate Builder for the correct number of nights.
  6. Charge the difference to the credit card on file.
  7. Add the Changed Reservation note.
  • Log into the “Owner’s Portal” via Grand Central
  • Under “Reservations” > “My Reservations” you are able to cancel the Bonus Time Reservation

Info: 

  • Reservations only at GL7/GC8
  • Premier owners; 2+ weekday nights (Sunday-Thursday)
  • 20% discount on ROOM RATE
  • Grand Central will automatically apply the discount if 2+ weekday nights are booked under the same res
  • Will need to calculate the discounted room rate if combining bt

How To: 

  • Multiply the room rate by 0.8, and use this number in the BT calculator
  • If you have a weekend night in the stay (ex. Weds, Thurs, Fri), multiply the weekday rate by 0.8, add rates for all three nights, and divide by three. View document below for visual.
