Room Upgrades, Property Upgrades, Additional Nights, and Combined Rentals

Get Membership Total Entitlement
  1. Select Property that comes with the package type they are booking
  2. Select Guest Member in Reservation Type Drop-down
  3. Select room size covered in their program
  4. Enter the check-in date
  5. Enter number of nights covered with their package.
  6. Hit Calculate
  7. Scroll down
  8. Click “Use Quote Total” to fill in Membership Total Entitlement box
Get Guest Total / TSW Rates
  1. Go back to top
  2. Select property, room size, and number of nights they are actually booking
  3. Hit Calculate
  4. DO NOT CHANGE membership total entitlement (previous process number will remain)
      1. GM PYMT will stay the same from calculating what they get with package
  5. Quote Total for GM upgrade cost
  6. Use these rates for TSW Rate Builder
Holiday Upgrades
  1. Select Property, room type, dates and number of nights the guest is booking
  2. Hit Calculate
  3. Under Membership Total Entitlement box type in max discount amount
    1. OG1 = $1000
    2. OG2 = $2000
  4. Hit Calculate and use these rates for Rate Builder
