OWNER RENTAL PROGRAM

Owners can rent their reservation on their own as a self-rental. 

POLICIES: 

• Owner will set their own rental rates and will receive 100% of the commission generated
• Once they have a renter, they must contact Owner Relations to update the contact information on the reservation.
  • Name(s), address, phone number, and email address required
• If splitting the reservation between guests, the owner will be responsible for the additional full cleaning between stays.
• The Town of Breckenridge requires short-term rental listings to provide their BOLT in their advertisement.
• We collect a credit card from the renter upon check-in, but the owner is ultimately responsible for any damages to the unit.
• Our resorts are not dog-friendly for non-owners. If they are renting their unit to a BGV owner, the guest must own the property in order to bring their dog.
• Images on our resort websites are copyrighted and cannot be used for owner advertisements. Owners may utilize the photos we have provided on the Self-Rent Owner Resource page.

HOW TO BOOK: 

1. Add Self-Rental note to reservation and fill it out
2. Create new customer or find existing customer to attach to reservation
3. Make renting guest primary and remove the owner
4. Change reservation sub-type from Owner Week to Self Rental or Self Rental Fixed
5. Re-apply usage
6. Charge clean fee (if applicable)
   1. Applied to day of check-out of first reservation. Set rate builder dates to day the clean is taking place.
7. Delete owner’s credit card from self-rental
