How To: Cancel or Modify in CallCenter

Find Reservation

Open Call Center
Click ‘Search’ tab at the top
Clear all date information and set ‘Source’ to ‘ALL’

To Cancel

Open reservation in Call Center and TSW
Place unit on the DNB
In Call Center, scroll to where it says ‘Cancel this Reservation’, click to cancel (TSW cancels automatically)
1. Place Hold inside TSW if it is inside BT range
Place proper hold over opened space
1. Rental/Rental= COD hold
2. MG= Overbooking Hold

To Modify

Open the reservation in Call Center and TSW
Place unit on DNB
Above the reservation information in call center, select ‘Modify’
Select the updated reservation dates
1. Check rates
Select the updated rate plan and room type
1. Select Continue
2. Select Modify
3. TSW will auto-update
