Courtesy Tours vs Promotional Gifted Tours

Courtesy Tours are the first type of tour we offer and 100% of BGV owners are eligible to attend.  Courtesy tours are offered in the GC8 sales gallery 7 days a week and over 360 days out of the year.  Courtesy tours have no time length requirements and no promotional gifts are offered.

Courtesy tours must be booked during the following tour waves: 9:45-11:15 a.m. or  12:45-1:45 p.m.

Promotional Gifted Tours* are the 2nd type of tour we offer and require a specific appointment time and a 90 minute length with a broker.  Promotional gifts are offered with these tours and vary based on an owner’s current inventory portfolio and BGV market conditions.

*Promotional Gifted tours are limited in number for owners and non-owners based on an owner’s current inventory portfolio, qualifications, and BGV market conditions.  If any owner doesn’t qualify for a promotional gifted tour, they can be scheduled for a courtesy tour to get all owner updates and have their questions answered and also learn what they can do to change their eligibility for a promotional gifted tour.”
