How To Book

  1. Book via Call Center first under the “Package” rate plan
  2. Find Reservation in TSW (Call Center will integrate it)
  3. Add the Spouse to Reservation
  4. Add Three Notes
    1. “Guest Member Reservation” note (QUOTE ALL POLICIES)
    2. “Call Center” note
    3. Gift Request Note

  6. Add rates from using the Rate & GM Calculator

    3. “Resort Charge (10%)”
    4. Enter discount amounts from GM Calculator (negative amount in Rate Builder – “Visit Cost” should zero out unless you have added extra nights)
