Day Use Parking Policies

Age Requirements

GL7/GC8 must be 21+ to check in
GTL must be 18+ to check in

Policies & Process

Day Use privileges are exclusive to Club Members and immediate family
- Immediate family includes:
  - Parents
  - Children
  - Stepchildren
  - GTL ONLY: Sons/Daughters-in-law
- In-laws and siblings DO NOT qualify as immediate family
Owner’s may reserve 7 days in advance on Grand Central at:
- GC8 – 7 a.m. MT
- GL7 – 7:15 a.m. MT
- GTL – 7:30 a.m. MT
Maximum party size cannot exceed 8 people (including owners in the count)
Day Use Hours: 8 a.m. – 10 p.m.
- Concierge may allow owners to park early IF there are parking spots available
Must present owner card and ID at check-in
One vehicle allowed
Check-in with concierge to receive keys or wrist bands
Owners can still use the amenities if no parking reservations are available.
Dogs cannot be left unattended in vehicles

Owner’s may reserve 7 days in advance on Grand Central at:
- GC8 – 7 a.m. MT
- GL7 – 7:15 a.m. MT
- GTL – 7:30 a.m. MT
Day Use reservations can be booked via Grand Central
- By clicking Day Use Parking on homepage
- By hovering over Reservations and clicking Parking

Steps:

On the parking page, click Select next to the day the owner wants to book
Select the owner or authorized user that will be checking in for the reservation from the dropdown
Select the vehicle they plan to bring to the resort
1. If no vehicle available, click Add a Vehicle
Agree to the terms and click Make Reservation
1. Owner will receive a confirmation email

Parking Restriction

GL7/GC8 – Must cancel by 7:00 pm MT the evening prior to reservation
Late cancellations and no-shows will result in a 14-day parking restriction
GTL does not have a cancelation policy for day use parking

Removing Parking Restrictions

Click the Parking Restrictions icon in Umbraco
Find your owner from the list by searching
Click on their owner number
Click Remove Restriction

Authorized Users

An Authorized User is an individual an Owner may add to their Grand Central account who has access to Resort privileges and may have Day Use parking reservations made under their name. Authorized Users do not have ownership rights and cannot book owner usage or make changes to the Owner’s account.

Gives owners the option to allow their Authorized Users the ability to check-in to Day Use parking reservations.
ONLY Owner Relations can add an AU onto an account.
- Required Information: name, relationship (son/daughter/etc.), email, phone number

Who can be added as an Authorized User:

GL7/GC8/GTL:

Stepchildren
Parents
Children (grandchildren do not qualify)
Spouses that are not on the deed: recommend the owner file a Quit Claim Deed to add the spouse to the deed as an owner instead

GTL ONLY:

Sons/Daughters-in-law of the owners

Who CANNOT be added as an Authorized User:

All Props:

Grandchildren of the Owner
Girlfriends/Boyfriends/Partners of the Owner
Children of a Girlfriend/Boyfriend/Partner of the Owner
Siblings of an Owner
Parents-in-Law of an Owner: The owner can file a Quit Claim Deed to add their spouse to the deed as an owner to remedy this

Trusts: Trustees may be added as Authorized Users under the “Trustee” relationship designation. Because we do not currently have a formal verification process for confirming trusteeship, we will rely on the information provided by the Trust.

Age Requirements: All Authorized Users must meet the age requirement to check in for day use to be added

GL7/GC8: 21+
GTL: 18+

How To Add an AU:

On Grand Central, visit Ownership->Account->Authorized Users tab
Click Add Authorized User and complete the required information
Add the “Authorized User Added” note to the primary owner file and fill it out

How To Add AU to Day Use:

When booking a parking reservation, select the Authorized User from the drop-down menu
The user you select will receive the Day Use parking confirmation email

How to Edit the AU on a Day Use Reservation:

*Only agents can edit a day use reservation*

Pull up the owner in Owner Profiles
Select “edit” next to the parking reservation you are modifying
Select the new vehicle and AU from the drop down menus
Select Edit Reservation to save
