OWNER BACK DEPOSITS

An Owner Back occurs when, an owner has a reservation that they put up for rent, but then decided to take back for personal use or to deposit with Interval International.

Follow this procedure in order to correctly deposit an owner back:

  1. Locate the reservation your going to switch from an Owner Back (OB) to a Deposit
    • You will notice the sub-type as “Owner Back,” you will also want to click “View Details” on the reservation to see if there is a Usage Transfer (UT) under the reservation.
  2. At this point,  you will want to contact a VRD Agent and let them know that you are going to deposit an “Owner Back”
  3. VRD will remove the UT from under the reservation, and then its business as usual with depositing the reservation
