HOTEL EXCHANGES

Hotel Exchange uses CIG points or traditional weeks to leverage discounted bookings at hotels rather than partnered resorts. This program was designed to provide more travel to metro markets with limited resort availability.

Requirements

  • Must have a Gold add-on or higher to participate
  • Traditional Deposits and CIG members can participate
  • Points work better than Traditional Deposits

Limitations

  • Must search availability outside of 14 days from the current date
  • Developer Weeks cannot participate
  • Late Deposits are not eligible
  • Non-refundable!

Traditional Weeks

The value of the deposited week determines the level of monetary discount for the booking.

A full 7 night deposit must be used and cannot be broken up. Therefore, the value of the hotel exchange for any given number of nights may not equal in the same value as the full week – especially if the hotel exchange is less than 7 nights.

Each hotel exchange carries $159 in a one time exchange fee plus any additional payment required by the hotel.

CIG Points

CIG owners have the option to use points in pre-selected increments of 15,000, 25,000, 60,000 and 90,000 points. The level of points offered determines the monetary level of discount for the booking.

Additional Advisements

  • Additional fees are not calculated into the initial price of the booking. Calculate additional fees upon choosing the preferred hotel room.
  • All bookings are final and non-refundable.
  • Needing ADA unit? Please contact the hotel prior to booking to confirm their ability to accommodate.
  • Authorize payment using the physical credit card of the guest checking in.
