- How are exchange guests informed of the fees?: Important advisements when booking with II, listed on II confirmation email, informed by Front Desk via confirmation calls and upon check-in.
- May I refund resort fees?: No, unless mistakenly charged to an owner.
- May I waive resort fees?: No, only a GM can waive resort fees.
- What if their week is cut short?: Guests will be charged for the entire stay based on the number of nights confirmed; no discount if arriving late or departing early.
