Grand Central Accounts
Eligibility
Each owner and co-owner has their own Grand Central account and unique login credentials.
To create a Grand Central account, an individual must:
- Be listed as an owner or co-owner.
- Have a TSW Customer Account.
Because accounts are individual:
- Owners and co-owners cannot share login credentials.
- Password resets and account changes must be completed for the individual account holder.
My Reservations
The My Reservations page allows owners to view and manage their eligible reservations.
Available Actions
Owners can:
- View upcoming and past reservations.
- Resend their reservation confirmation email.
- Add amenities through pre-registration.
- Place eligible reservations up for rent.
- Trade eligible reservations.
- Cancel eligible reservations (see Reservation Cancellations).
Additional Information
- Reservations displayed in My Reservations are eligible for advance movie theater reservations.
- Owner Stay reservations cannot be listed for rent within 30 days of arrival.
- When an eligible reservation is canceled online, it is immediately removed from TSW. If the reservation should be placed on the Do Not Book (DNB) list, it must be added to DNB before the owner completes the online cancellation.
- Bonus Time reservation refunds must still be processed in TSW.
- Canceling a reservation online automatically cancels any associated amenities, including movie theater reservations, robe reservations, and other pre-registered amenities.
- An email confirmation is automatically sent to both the owner and Customer Service after an online cancellation.
Reservations That Do Not Appear

To help protect owner accounts, Grand Central automatically locks an account after multiple unsuccessful login attempts.
Account Security
- Passwords must be at least 12 characters long.
- A CAPTCHA appears after 3 failed login attempts.
- Accounts are locked after 5 failed login attempts.
- Locked accounts remain locked for 15 minutes.
- The account owner automatically receives an email notifying them that their account has been locked.
How can an owner regain access?
Owners have two options:
- Wait 15 minutes for the account to unlock automatically.
- Reset their password using the Forgot Password link on the Grand Central login page.
How can staff unlock an account?
If needed, staff can manually unlock an owner’s account.
Navigation:
Umbraco → Owner Profile → Unlock
Select the Unlock button to restore account access.
Owner Forgot Their Password
If an owner does not remember their password, they should select Forgot Password from the Grand Central login page.
If an owner contacts Owner Support
Do not create a new password for the owner. Instead:
- Open Owner Profiles.
- Send the Password Reset email.
- The owner will receive the email at the email address on file in TSW.
- The password reset link is valid for 4 hours.
Security Guidelines
For security purposes:
- Password reset emails can only be sent to the email address associated with the owner’s account.
- We cannot reset one owner’s password at the request of a co-owner.
- Owners must complete the password reset themselves using the link provided in the email.
Owner Wants to Change Their Password
Owners who are already logged into Grand Central can update their password at any time.
Navigation:
Ownership → Account → Change Password
From this page, owners can:
- Enter their current password.
- Create a new password.
- Save their changes immediately.
Note: The Change Password tab is only available when an owner is logged into Grand Central. It is not visible when using an admin login.
Creating a New Grand Central Account

First-Time Login
The owner should:
- Log into Grand Central using the temporary password provided in the email.
- Create a new permanent password when prompted.
- Use the new password for all future logins.
The temporary password is only intended for the owner’s initial login and cannot be used once a permanent password has been created.

Grand Central Wallet
The Grand Central Wallet allows owners to securely save a credit card for future use.
Accessing the Wallet
Owners can view and manage saved payment methods in:
Ownership → Accounts → Credit Card
How Saved Cards Work
- Credit cards added to the Grand Central Wallet will automatically populate as a payment option for future reservations made through Grand Central or TSW.
- Removing a credit card from the Grand Central Wallet will also remove that card from the owner’s TSW Customer Card.
- Removing a card from the Wallet does not remove the card from any existing pending reservations in TSW.
Grand Central Wallet FAQs
Do owners have to save a credit card?
No. Saving a credit card is optional.
When entering payment information, owners can choose whether to select Save Card for future use. If they do not select this option, the card will only be used for that transaction and will not be saved to their Grand Central Wallet.
Where can owners manage saved cards?
Owners can view, add, or remove saved cards under:
Ownership → Account → Credit Cards
What can saved cards be used for?
Saved cards may be used for:
- Bonus Time reservations.
- Reservation cancellation fees.
- Some additional bookings completed through Owner Relations.
Who has access to saved cards?
Anyone with access to an owner’s Grand Central account can access saved payment methods.
If an owner wants to limit access:
- They should update their Grand Central password.
- Each individual listed on the deed should create their own Grand Central account if they wish to save payment information.
BGV Agent Access
BGV booking agents can use saved payment methods when assisting an owner.
Agents:
- Do not have access to the full credit card number.
- Do not have access to CVV codes.
- Only access encrypted payment tokens stored within BGV systems.
For phone reservations:
- BGV agents may only accept saved payment methods from the account holder.
- Co-owners or children cannot authorize the use of another person’s saved card.
Can an owner delete a saved card?
Yes.
To remove a saved card:
- Go to Ownership → Account → Credit Cards.
- Locate the card to be removed.
- Select the trash can icon.
- Confirm the deletion.
The card will be removed from the Grand Central Wallet and TSW Customer Card.
Are saved cards secure?
Yes.
BGV does not store actual credit card numbers. The TimeshareWare application uses SecurePay with Shift4 to encrypt and store payment tokens, allowing saved cards to be securely used within BGV systems.
