VIP Secondary Booker (Merge)

Secondary Bookers for VIP Members:

Will only occur when a “regular tour” was previously scheduled and the prospect now wants to schedule their “VIP Stay & Exit Tour” or when the Concierge books their Open/Exit tour and you book their 3/2 or 5/4 stay.

This will only apply:

  1. If “Current Tour” date and future “Exit Tour” date are within 6 months of each other
  2. Customer file does not indicate a new purchase was made after the VIP Membership package was purchased.

Merging a Tour:

  1. Open Exit Tour currently scheduled and check for date of meeting
  2. Change date of tour to current booking needs
  3. Add Lodging Booked note to Tour
  4. Add your name as a secondary booker
  5. If an GM Stay is inside 6 months of your booking, simply follow previous procedures
  6. If outside of 6 months, ask if they wanted to take two separate meetings or combine those
    1. If they want to take two separate meetings, follow steps of creating an Exit Tour above
    2. If they want to combine, follow steps 1-4
