How To Book
- Click here to begin booking if YOU are booking the shuttle.

- Click “Transportation From the Airport”
- Next choose One Way or Round Trip
- Fill out the information accordingly and click continue
- Flight Date
- Flight Time
- Airline
- Flight Number
- # of Adults traveling
- # of children traveling
- Any additional items
- Quote pricing and select your shuttle option.
- Review and recap reservation details.
- Fill out the Reservation Name section (The email is their email address).
- Accept the terms and conditions.
- Enter your name in the reservation agent section.
- Offer the pickup reminder option text or phone call and then hit continue.
- Choose “Credit Card” in the dropdown menu.
- Enter the guest’s credit card information and inquire whether they want to include tip or not.
- Once you confirm the reservation, screenshot the confirmation to give to Janna for our monthly SPIF award.
- In TSW, in the reservation notes, add the Summit Express note and fill it out accordingly.
FAQs
Shuttle Info
- 5 Passenger luxury SUV’s with onboard DVD players and complimentary movies, 10 passenger vans, or 14 passenger van with a trailer for private shuttle service.
- Free wi-fi on all vehicles
- Small pets allowed for $35 fee
- Utilize Flight Monitor System to anticipate rider needs
- Guests check in at the Summit Express desk on the same level as baggage claim at DIA. Charter and Premier services do not wait for other guests.
- Commission incentives offered year round.
Rate Info
- Cxl fee of $25 on charters only outside of 24 hrs.
Vail/Beaver Creek Shuttles:
- Summit Express offers shuttles from Breckenridge to Vail/Beaver Creek
- Shuttles depart daily between 7:30 – 8 a.m. and return around 5:30 – 6 p.m.
- Must have guest/owner call or you can call on their behalf 970-668-6000
- $50 per person round trip to Vail
- $75 per person round trip to Beaver Creek
- Shuttles will run through March 31, 2024.
Incentives
- Agent gets $3 per person booked (only if booked by you in the BGV booking link)
