IMPERIAL OPTION OWNERSHIP

During construction, Imperial will not be available for those purchasing- they will purchase an “Imperial Option” contract.

  • Contract will be at GC8 with Imperial Option as the Contract Status
    • Does NOT need to be in a worksheet note
    • Can be booked as soon as the contract is active
  • First year of usage will match their actual Imperial Contract – can still use Option Contract all the way up until Imperial opens (based on their frequency annual/odd/even)
  • Packed rentals instead of usage (cannot be booked on Grand Central)
  • Club Benefits (excluding Club Point stays and Trade Forum)
  • Reservations are not eligible for the rental program

How to Book an Imperial Option Week:

Policies: 

  • Cannot cancel or reschedule within 14 days
  • Can bring dog to GC8
  • Owners cannot rent, deposit, or self-rent their RRF

How to Book: 

  1. Open Call Center
  2. Search availability
    1. Select your property and dates
    2. Select “Imperial Sale Usage” rate option
  3. Finish booking through Call Center like any other rental
    1. Use fake CC#: 4444333322221111 exp 1/26
  4. Build rates from rate calculator with 20% discount
    1. Use only resort fee and pre-tax room (nightly)
    2. No clean fee
  5. Code entire balance of the reservation as a negative in the Rate Builder to PYMT-Sales Purchase IHPR
  6. Match Room Folio to Incidentals
  7. Match Not For Guest Folio to Room Charges (confidential)
  8. Notes
    1. RRF
  9. Update Worksheet Note in owner file, if applicable
