GM Package Extensions

Policy Statement:

Guest members are able to pay to extend their package past the expiration date found in “Benefits” tab in Customer file.

Cost:

$50 per 3 months; *max extensions up to 5 years from purchase date

Standard Expiration:

Expiration Date is listed under Benefits tab in the Owner/Customer File

Non-Owners: 15 months from purchase

Owners: 12 months from purchase

*Travel must be complete by expiration for 3/2 and 5/4 stays

Operation:

  • Review Benefits tab for standard expiration
  • Review any notes for any promised extensions
    • GM Provision Note
    • Most common extension is 18 months from Sales
  • Breck stay must be complete by expiration
    • Bonus Week with Interval is valid for 2 years from point of sale
  • Collect credit card and add it to owner file via TSW
    • TSW: Personal Data > Financial > New Card
    • Owner’s Grand Central Account: Account > Credit Cards > Add Card

Exceptions:

  • Comp’s are available as needed
    • Start with only 3 months
      • Further extensions based on reason (health, disaster, etc . . .)
