What They Are

Estate Membership Credits are resort credits given at the Point-of-Sale to Legacy and Chairman owners that can be used for anything that an owner would pay for in a reservation folio. These are located in the “Membership” tab of the Owner File and double-clicking “Estate Membership”. It does not matter how many contracts they have the credits are only given once unless they upgrade from Chairman to Legacy *(there are exceptions to this granted by sales under additional provisions in Laserfiche)

Legacy Credits

  • $350 Infinity Spa Credit
  • $350 Activities Credit
  • $1000 resort credit or (4) 18 holes of golf’
  • The total you will see is $1700 which can be used for any amenity that is paid for in a folio

Chairman Credits

  • $250 Infinity Spa Credit
  • $250 Activities Credit
  • $250 resort credit or (4) 18 holes of golf’
  • The total you will see is $750 which can be used for any amenity that is paid for in a folio

Adding, Finding, and Using Credits

  1. Go to Owner File (always check Primary first)
  2. Memberships
  3. Estate Memberships (double-click)
  4. Financial Transactions
  5. Estate Membership Resort line is how much they were given, NOT how much they have
  6. Click “New” to see the current amount (will show as negative)
  7. This Example has $472.77 left to spend
