How to Book

- Select your pick-up and drop-off location
- Enter # of passengers
- Enter round trip or not and flight date/time
- Choose your preferred shuttle
- Add extra luggage if needed $10 each (2 allowed per person including sports equipment and 1 small personal item)
- Fill out the information accordingly and click continue.
- Flight Date
- Flight Time
- Airline
- Flight Number
- Any additional oversized items
- Quote pricing and select the shuttle type.
- Add tip if they wish.
- Repeat for return trip if necessary
- Add Passenger Information
- Review and recap reservation details.
- Enter the guest’s credit card information.
- Confirm reservation and make sure to keep a copy to give to your manager for our monthly SPIF ancillary award!

Shuttle Info
- 12-passenger vans for scheduled shuttle service or as a private charter.
- 5 passenger Private SUV’s, custom pick-up time, direct service to destination
- Effective April 11, 2023, the Epic Mountain Express’ guest service counter is in the main terminal at Denver Airport, West Side, level 5 (baggage claim level) near luggage carousel #12 and Door 512.
Rate Info
- $10 cancellation fee per seat outside of 24 hours of pick-up
- Non-refundable inside of 24 hours of pick-up
- $75 cancellation fee for private charters/SUVs within 72 hours of pick-up
- Non-refundable within 72 hours of pick-up
