What Is a Tour Save?

  • If Prospect Calls to CANCEL
    • Agent must convince prospect to reschedule
    • Reschedule Calls are NOT a “Save”
  • Any Reschedule Where Agent Adds Accommodations
    • Bonus Time, Tour Discount Lodging, etc.

What Tour Saves are Eligible for Commission:

Any OPC and Concierge tour save. The campaign code will always begin with the follow three letters:

  • OGT _ _
  • GC8 _ _
  • OGL _ _

Tour Save Commission Process:

To be eligible for commission on any tour save, you must follow the process below:

  1. Reschedule Original Tour
  2. Leave Reschedule Note in Customer File
  3. Forward Call to Rick & James

Incentives:

  • $10 per approved SAVE
  • Lunch Party for Team Goal of 10 Saves
