Tour Referrals (Friends & Family)

Referring Non-Owners (In Owner File/Non-Owner File): 

    • Create or Find Non-Owner Customer File
    • Go to Owner File > Referrals tab
    • “Add” (bottom right)
    • Input Non-Owner Info

  • Go to Non-Owner Customer File
  • Referrals > Referred By
  • Add Owner Info of who referred them

Incentives for Owners:

  • $50 BGV Reward Dollars for each non-owner referral the completes a tour
  • Earn an additional $200 BGV Reward Dollars if guest purchases

When will an Owner receive the referral credit?

  • Within two weeks of tour being completed
