Partial Stay Rules

Standard Booking Rules:

  • May be booked once Owner Week is eligible to be booked
  • 1st partial stay no clean fee
  • 2nd partial stay requires charge for the full clean (visit Housekeeping page for totals)
  • 3 night & 4 night stay combinations only
  • Must be booked into deeded season/unit size
  • Must checkout or check-in on a Sunday (Building 5 & 6 only)

Annual Reservation System Rules:

  • All rules above apply
  • Owners must call to submit minimum of 3 3-day and 3 4-day choices (during standard request window)
  • Agent will submit these choices on special “short stay” spreadsheet

  • Owner may reschedule where there is availability
