Day Use: 18+
Reservation Check-in: 21+
CHECK-IN/OUT
Early Check-in: Please call the Front Desk prior to your arrival to inquire about the possibility of an early check-in.
Late Check-Out: Only a limited number of late check-out requests will be granted—12 p.m. instead of 10 a.m.—and for a $50 fee per bedroom. Add late check-out note to the reservation and the Front-Desk will let the guest know when they arrive or during their reservation if it can be accommodated.
PARKING POLICY
Allotted parking spaces will be available beginning at 10:00 a.m. on guests’ check-in day until 10:00 a.m. on guests’ check-out day.
Owner Only Check-Out Parking: Owners will have resort parking and amenity use until 10 p.m. They will need to stop by Concierge to get Day Use bands.

Dog POLICY
GTL is not dog-friendly.
Staff is only allowed to ask the following questions when an owner or guest arrives on the property with a dog.
- Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability?
- What work or task has the dog been trained to perform?
We are not allowed to ask for any sort of documentation or paperwork that proves the animal is a service animal.
SMOKING POLICY
Smoking of any kind is prohibited in all units. Tobacco smoking is only allowed on unit decks and within designated areas within the resort.
